Functional characteristics
Dual-channel redundant power supply
Supports two independent 24VDC inputs (main power supply + backup power supply). When the main power supply fails, it automatically and seamlessly switches to the backup power supply, with a switching time of less than 1ms, ensuring uninterrupted system operation.
High-reliability design
Adopting a fault-tolerant architecture and integrating redundant circuits internally, a single module can achieve power redundancy.
It is equipped with built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection to prevent abnormal conditions from damaging the module or affecting the system.
The MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) is greater than 200,000 hours, meeting the industrial-grade high reliability requirements.
Intelligent power management
Monitor the status of the two input power supplies in real time and display the working status through the LED indicator light (green: normal; Red: Malfunction)
Support uploading the power status to the main control system via the system bus to achieve remote monitoring and early warning.
