Core use
Analog signal processing
As a key component of industrial control systems (such as GE’s Mark V/VI turbine control system, PLC or DCS systems), it is used for the acquisition and output control of analog signals.
Input (AI) : Connect analog sensors for temperature, pressure, flow, etc., and convert continuous analog signals (such as voltage, current) into digital signals for the controller to process.
Output (AO) : Converts the digital instructions of the controller into analog signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-10V) to drive actuators such as control valves and frequency converters.

It is mainly used for real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of large-scale equipment such as turbines, compressors and generators in fields like energy, power and chemical engineering, for example:
