Protection Functions
- Overcurrent Protection: Equipped with Time Overcurrent (TOC) and Instantaneous Overcurrent (IOC) elements, supporting IEC/ANSI standard curves such as Inverse Time, Very Inverse Time, etc. The current setting range is 0.1~20In (In is the rated current), and the time setting accuracy reaches 0.05s, effectively addressing overload and short-circuit faults in lines.
- Ground Fault Protection: Features sensitive ground fault detection (50N/51N) with directional judgment, suitable for ungrounded neutral or arc suppression coil-grounded systems. Meanwhile, Restricted Ground Fault Protection (50GR/51GR) is used for transformer neutral protection with an accuracy of ±1%.
- Voltage Protection: Includes Overvoltage/Undervoltage (59/27), Negative Sequence Voltage (47), and Zero Sequence Voltage (59N/27N) protections, monitoring system imbalance and ground faults to ensure electrical equipment operates within normal voltage ranges.
- Frequency Protection: Provides Overfrequency/Underfrequency (81O/81U) protection and Slip Rate (df/dt) detection, ensuring system frequency stability and protecting frequency-sensitive devices like generators.
Measurement and Metering Functions
- Precisely measures three-phase current, voltage, power, frequency, power factor, etc., with an accuracy of ±0.5%. It also supports bidirectional energy metering with a resolution of 0.001kWh, eliminating the need for additional metering devices and reducing costs.
Event Recording and Waveform Capture Functions
- Capable of storing no less than 1,000 event records with a timestamp accuracy of ≤1ms. During faults, it captures waveforms for 2~8 cycles before and after the fault at a sampling rate of 64 points/cycle, aiding in quick fault location and reducing troubleshooting time and maintenance costs.
Communication and Integration Functions
- Equipped with a front-panel RS232 port (for local configuration) and dual rear-panel RS485/RS422 ports, with an optional Ethernet port (10/100Mbps). Supports protocols such as ModBus RTU/TCP, DNP3.0 Level 2, and IEC 60870-5-103 (optional), enabling seamless integration with SCADA, PLC, and other systems for remote monitoring and control.
Equipment Management and Self-Diagnosis Functions
- Tracks circuit breaker operation counts, calculates contact wear, and warns of potential faults. It also supports trip coil monitoring to ensure reliable circuit breaker operation. Additionally, it real-time monitors hardware statuses such as CPU, memory, and I/O, automatically blocking and alarming in case of faults.
Environmental Adaptability and Reliability
- Operates in a temperature range of -40°C~+85°C, adapting to extreme environments. The front panel has a protection rating of IP54 (dustproof and waterproof), and the rear panel is IP20. With strong anti-interference capability, it complies with IEC 61000-4-x standards, resisting electromagnetic interference, static electricity, and fast transients.
Installation and Other Features
- Supports panel-mounted or rail-mounted installation for flexibility in different scenarios. It has a drawer-type structure to minimize replacement time. A conformal coating is optional, suitable for chemically corrosive and humid environments to extend service life.
