Functional characteristics
Multi-channel input: It offers 16 single-ended input channels or 8 differential input channels, capable of simultaneously collecting multiple analog voltage signals. It is suitable for industrial automation scenarios that require monitoring multiple analog quantities.
Flexible input range: Each channel can select an input range of 0-10V (unipole) or -10V to +10V (bipolar) through configuration software, which can adapt to the output voltage signals of different types of sensors or transmitters.
High resolution: The resolution is 12 bits. When the input range is 0-10V, the resolution is 2.5mV (1LSB = 2.5mV). When the input range is from -10V to +10V, the resolution is 5mV (1LSB = 5mV), which can precisely measure and convert analog voltage signals.
Fast conversion speed: The conversion time is 25 microseconds, and the update rate of each channel is 6 milliseconds in single-ended configuration and 3 milliseconds in differential configuration. It can quickly collect and process analog signals and promptly reflect the changes of on-site signals.
High accuracy: At 25℃, the absolute accuracy is ±0.25% of the full scale. Within the specified working temperature range, the absolute accuracy is ±0.5% of the full scale, and the linearity is ±1LSB, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement.
Isolation design: It features excellent isolation characteristics, which can prevent interference between channels and enhance the stability and reliability of the system.
Easy to configure: The parameters of the module can be conveniently set and monitored through the configuration software, and the operation is simple and convenient.
