Functional characteristics
Servo output: There are two servo outputs, which can precisely control the servo mechanism.
Sensor input: It provides six linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) position sensor inputs, which can comprehensively feedback position data. There are also two active pulse rate inputs for flow measurement applications.
Current selection: The current of the servo coil is selectable. By using jumpers, a servo coil current of 10-120mA can be selected to meet specific application requirements.
Connectivity: It is connected to the VSVO processor board via a standard 37-pin cable, facilitating system integration.
Fault detection function
Servo current monitoring: Monitor the servo current. If it exceeds the preset limit or shows no response, a fault will be triggered.
LVDT excitation monitoring: Monitor the LVDT excitation signal. If it exceeds the specified range, it indicates a fault.
LVDT feedback monitoring: Monitor the LVDT feedback signal. If it exceeds the preset limit, a fault will be detected.
ID chip detection: Fault detection is carried out on the ID chip related to the connector. If the ID chip fails, the fault condition will be triggered.
