HIMA  F3DIO20/802  Remote I/O module

Applicable scenarios: Applicable to various models of SILworX and ELOP II factories, used to expand the I/O level, but cannot run any user programs independently.

Electrical parameters
Working voltage: 24VDC, voltage range from -15% to rated value.
Current consumption: The input current of each channel is 10mA.

Channel configuration
Digital input channels: 20 channels, capable of receiving various digital signals, such as those from proximity switches and other sensors. It can handle multiple types of digital signals, meeting the application requirements of high precision and high reliability.
Digital output channels: 8 channels. Each output status is indicated by a separate LED. At an ambient temperature of 60°C, each output can load up to 2A at most. However, for thermal reasons, it is not recommended that adjacent outputs load 2A simultaneously. All outputs can be loaded with 0.5A within the temperature range of 60-70°C.

Communication capability
Communication interface: It has 2 RJ-45 Ethernet interfaces, supports 10Base-T / 100Base-Tx, and integrates switch functions.
Communication protocol: Supports communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, and can be connected to a separate HIMax or HIMatrix controller through SafeEthernet to achieve safe and reliable communication with other devices.

Performance characteristics
Safety level: Complies with SIL 3/Cat.4/PLe safety standards and is suitable for occasions with high safety requirements.
Response time: The response time is ≥10ms.
Reliability design: It adopts a compact metal casing with a static error rate of only 1%, a wide speed regulation range, and a fast dynamic response. It has the characteristics of an excavator and can automatically limit the overload current to the set value, protecting the system from overload damage.
Environmental adaptability: The operating temperature range is from -25 °C to + 70°C, with a protection grade of IP20, capable of adapting to various industrial environments.
