Description
HIMA F8652X central processing unit module
Electrical parameters: The input voltage is 24V DC, the output voltage is 0-10V DC, the maximum output current is 500mA, and it has overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit protection functions.
Communication capability: Supports multiple communication interfaces such as Ethernet and serial port, facilitating communication and data exchange with other devices.
Diagnostic function:
Equipped with a four-digit alphanumeric display screen.
There are two leds for general error display (the CPU is for the central module and the IO is for the testable input/output module).
Two toggle switches can be used to request detailed error information.
The “ACK” button can reset the error indication. When the fault stops, the behavior of “ACK” is similar to restarting the system.
Other parameters:
Buffer battery life (without voltage feed) : 1000 days at 25℃ and 200 days at 60℃. It is recommended to replace the buffer battery no later than 6 years (when the CPU is running), or within three months after the display of “bati” (for lithium batteries, such as CR2477N type, HIMA part number 440000018).
Furthermore, the HIMA PES system to which F8652X belongs includes two series, H41Q and H51Q. It is a quadruple CPU structure. The control unit of the system has four microprocessors. Every two microprocessors are integrated on a CU module, and then two identical CU modules constitute the control unit. The dual 1oo2D structure is adopted, and the fault-tolerant function ensures that the failure of any component in the system will not affect the normal operation.
