Application
Power plant DCS monitoring system: It is used to receive various protection switch signals from generators, circuit breaker opening and closing status signals, etc. When the generator is overloaded, the relevant protection switch operates. The T8110B module can quickly receive this signal and transmit it to the DCS system. The system then takes corresponding measures, such as alarming and automatically adjusting the power generation capacity, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power generation equipment.

Intelligent fire water supply control system: Connects fire detectors, manual alarm buttons and other devices. When a fire breaks out, if the fire detector detects smoke or high temperature, or if a person presses the manual alarm button, the module receives the signal and triggers the fire water supply system to start, providing water to the fire-fighting facilities. At the same time, the signal is transmitted to the fire control room to facilitate the staff’s understanding of the situation.

Constant flow computer control system for chemical plant liquid medicine: It can receive digital signals from flow sensors to monitor the flow of liquid medicine. When the flow rate is abnormal, such as exceeding or falling below the set value, the module transmits a signal to the control system, which then adjusts the valve opening degree, etc., to maintain a constant flow rate of the liquid medicine and ensure the stability of the chemical production process.

Building lighting control system: In large commercial buildings, it connects door and window sensors, light sensors, etc. When there is sufficient light during the day and the doors and Windows are open, the module receives relevant signals and controls the lighting system to turn off some lamps to achieve energy conservation. At night or when there is insufficient light, the corresponding area lights will be automatically turned on based on the status of the doors and Windows and the preset logic to provide illumination.

CNC mechanical processing monitoring system: It is used to receive signals from limit switches, tool status sensors, etc. on CNC machine tools. When the tool wears to a certain extent, the sensor sends a signal. The T8110B module transmits it to the monitoring system to remind the operator to replace the tool, avoiding affecting the processing accuracy and product quality. At the same time, it can monitor whether the worktable travel exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the machine tool.
