Petrochemical industry: The ICS Triplex key control system was adopted. The SIS control station in the system cabinet includes the T8311 expansion interface module, which, in combination with the control rack, processor module, communication interface module, etc., works together with the expansion I/O components to achieve safe control and interlock protection of the device. It is connected to the communication interfaces of each controller through the network switch. With the help of modules such as T8311, operations such as controller configuration and diagnosis can be carried out, ensuring the stable operation of the entire system.
Energy transformation The T8311 module can be used as an expansion interface module for the system, connecting on-site sensors and control units, and transmitting on-site signals to the control system for logical operations and other processing. For example, in the control of the cracking gas compressor GB201, it can participate in the signal transmission and processing related to pressure signal monitoring, and promptly transmit signals when the pressure is abnormal. Enable the system to start the auxiliary oil pump or trigger the shutdown according to the set logic to ensure the safety of the device.
Factory automation production line control: The T8311 module can be used in factory automation production lines, supporting up to 16 TMR channels and capable of connecting devices such as servo motors, drivers, and sensors. For instance, on an automotive parts production line, this module can be connected to position sensors to obtain the real-time position information of the parts on the production line and transmit the signals to the control system. Water treatment process monitoring: In water treatment plants, the T8311 module can be used to monitor and control the water treatment process.
