Description
MOTOROLA MVME162-202 single-board computer module
Powerful processing capability: Based on the MC68040 enhanced 32-bit microprocessor, the main frequency can be selected as 25MHz or 32MHz, equipped with an 8KB cache, memory management unit (MMU), and floating-point operation unit (FPU), it can quickly handle complex algorithms and meet the requirements of real-time tasks.
Flexible memory configuration: Standard 4MB shared DRAM, supports expansion up to 16MB, and some models can be increased to 64MB by expanding the mezzanine. It is also equipped with 512KB of SRAM with a spare battery, which can ensure that data is not lost after power failure, facilitating data storage and processing.
Rich storage and interfaces: Built-in 1MB Flash memory, some models have 2MB, and supports EPROM and Flash expansion. It provides 4 serial communication ports, including EIA-232 and EIA-422/485 standards, as well as 4 IndustryPack® interfaces and an optional SCSI bus interface, compatible with multiple industrial protocols, facilitating connection with other devices.
Good bus compatibility and scalability: Compatible with the VME bus standard, supports A32/D64 master/slave interfaces, and is equipped with four levels of requesters, seven levels of interrupters and interrupt handlers. Functional modules can be added by expanding the slots, supporting up to 4 single-width or 2 double-width IndustryPack® modules. Users can flexibly configure I/O, control or interface functions according to their needs.
Excellent environmental adaptability: The operating temperature range is -40 °C to + 85°C, the relative humidity is 5% to 95% (without condensation), and the seismic performance complies with the MIL-STD-810 standard. It adopts industrial-grade components and a three-proof coating process. After continuous operation for 1000 hours in salt spray tests, it can still maintain stable performance and can work stably in harsh industrial environments.
Efficient real-time performance: Equipped with a high-performance DMA controller, it supports VMEbus D64 and local bus memory burst cycles. The task switching delay is less than 50μs, which can well adapt to multi-task concurrent scenarios.
Stable power supply adaptability: Supports wide-range DC input of + 5V and ±12V, with a typical power consumption of 20W, meeting the requirements of distributed control architecture and capable of stable operation under different power supply conditions.
