Processor: LC 68040 25MHz CPU is adopted. This processor is based on the enhanced 32-bit microprocessor architecture of MC68040, equipped with 8KB cache, MMU (Memory Management Unit) and FPU (Floating-point Operation Unit), and is capable of meeting the processing requirements of complex algorithms and real-time tasks.
Memory: Usually comes with 4MB of shared DRAM as standard, supporting expansion up to 16MB. Some models can be increased to 64MB by expanding the mezzanine. It is also equipped with 512KB of SRAM with a spare battery to retain key data in case of power failure.
Storage: Built-in 1MB flash memory for storing on-board monitors, debuggers or user-installed firmware. Some models have a flash memory capacity of 2MB. In addition, it also supports EPROM and Flash extensions, which can further increase the storage capacity.

Interface:
Serial communication port: Two serial communication ports are provided. The console port is EIA-232-D DTE. The second port can be configured by the user as EIA-232-D/EIA-422 (V.36) DTE/DCE.
IndustryPack interface: It features four 16-bit or 32-bit IndustryPack® ports, each with a DMA channel, allowing for convenient connection to various IndustryPack modules to expand functions such as I/O control, analog and digital signal processing, etc.

Other interfaces: Optional SCSI bus interface with 32-bit local bus burst DMA is available for connecting external storage devices or other SCSI devices. An optional Ethernet transceiver interface is available, featuring a 32-bit local bus DMA for easy access to the Ethernet network.
Bus: Compatible with the VME bus standard, it supports A32/D64 master/slave interfaces, has strong data transmission capabilities, and can perform high-speed data interaction with other VME bus devices. It is equipped with a four-level requester, a seven-level interrupter and an interrupt handler, which can effectively handle various interrupt events and ensure the real-time responsiveness of the system.

Power supply and power consumption: Supports wide-range DC input of + 5V and ±12V, with a typical power consumption of 20W.
Environmental adaptability: The operating temperature range is generally -40 °C to + 85°C, the relative humidity is 5% to 95% (without condensation), the seismic performance complies with the MIL-STD-810 standard, and it can adapt to harsh industrial environments.
