Specific application:
Industrial production process monitoring: In industries such as chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals, temperature sensors can be connected to monitor the temperature changes inside the reaction vessels, pressure sensors can be connected to obtain the pressure values in the pipelines in real time, and flow sensors can also be connected to monitor the flow of liquids or gases. After converting these analog signals into digital signals and transmitting them to the control system, the production parameters can be adjusted in time to ensure the stability of the production process and the quality of the products.
Environmental monitoring system: It can be used in meteorological stations, connecting temperature and humidity sensors to collect temperature and humidity data in the environment. It can also be connected to a gas concentration sensor to monitor the content of harmful gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the air. By digitizing these analog signals, accurate data can be provided for environmental monitoring departments, enabling them to promptly grasp environmental changes and take corresponding measures.
Power system monitoring: In substations or distribution rooms, the CFP-AI-100 can be connected to voltage and current transformers to collect voltage and current signals in the power system, and then calculate parameters such as power. Through the analysis of these data, the operation status and load conditions of the power system can be understood in real time, which is convenient for power operation and maintenance personnel to carry out dispatching and fault investigation, and ensures the stable operation of the power system.
Medical equipment: In an electrocardiograph, the weak electrical signals (analog signals) generated by the heart’s beating can be converted into digital signals for processing and analysis by a computer, helping doctors accurately determine the working state of the heart. In addition, in blood pressure monitoring devices, it can also be used to collect the analog signals output by blood pressure sensors, and after conversion, obtain accurate blood pressure values.
