Description
NI PXI-4462 high-performance sound and vibration measurement module
Functional features:
High resolution and sampling rate: With a 24-bit resolution and a sampling rate of 204.8kS/s, it can accurately collect sound and vibration signals and capture signal details.
Multi-channel acquisition: It provides four-channel dynamic signal acquisition, enabling simultaneous measurement of multiple signal sources. It is suitable for scenarios where multiple signals need to be collected synchronously, such as multi-point vibration measurement or multi-channel audio testing.
Flexible gain setting: There are six gain Settings, and the input range can be configured to adapt to signal inputs of different amplitudes. The analog overload point of the 0dB gain range is approximately 10.7Vpk.
Signal conditioning function: Supports software-configurable AC/DC coupling and IEPE (Integrated Electro-piezoelectric) conditioning, capable of processing signals from various sensors such as microphones and accelerometers. It can also preprocess signals through a high-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 3.4Hz.
Overload detection: It features a digital overload detection function, which can identify overloads before the module fixes gain and offset errors, and capture overflow Settings in the ADC filter, which helps ensure the reliability of data acquisition.
Input configuration: It can handle two types of analog input terminal configurations, differential and pseudo-differential. Users can flexibly choose according to their actual needs to better adapt to different signal sources and devices under test.
Application fields: It is suitable for various scenarios such as environmental noise testing, rotating machinery assessment, audio assessment, vibration analysis, machine condition monitoring, acoustic measurement, automotive noise and vibration, and acoustic roughness (NVH) measurement.
Software compatibility Compatible with software packages or application development environments such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Visual Basic, Borland C++ and Microsoft.NET, It is convenient for users to conduct programming and data processing and analysis.
