NI SCXI-1102 Voltage input module
Channel characteristics: It features 32 differential analog input channels and 1 cold contact sensor channel, capable of processing thermocouple, millivolt, volt and current signals. It can be multiplexed to a single DAQ device channel, increasing the number of analog input signals that the system can digitize.
Filtering function: The SCXI-1102 version is equipped with a bipolar low-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 2Hz, which can suppress noise at 60Hz. In addition, there are versions SCXI-1102B and SCXI-1102C, which respectively adopt three-pole low-pass filters with cut-off frequencies of 200Hz and 10kHz.
Electrical parameters: Equipped with ±42V overvoltage protection, with a bandwidth of 2Hz and a maximum sampling rate of 333ks/s. Each channel is equipped with an amplifier with an optional gain of 1 or 100, which can meet different signal measurement requirements.
Mechanical specifications: Dimensions are 1.2×6.8×8.0 inches, weight is approximately 24.6 ounces, and the recommended operating temperature range is 0℃ to 50℃.
Connector type: The front end is a 96-pin male DIN C connector, and the rear end is a 50-pin male ribbon cable connector.
Compatible terminal blocks: It can be used in conjunction with various NI terminal blocks such as SCXI-1300, SCXI-1303, and SCXI-1308.
Application fields: It can be used in scenarios such as data acquisition, control systems, laboratory measurement, vibration analysis, and automated testing systems, especially suitable for high-precision thermocouple measurement.
