Channel characteristics: It features 32 differential analog input channels and 1 cold contact sensor channel, which can multiplex the input to a single output to drive a single DAQ device channel, thereby increasing the number of digitalizable analog input signals.
Filtering function: Equipped with a three-pole low-pass filter with a cut-off frequency of 200Hz, it can effectively suppress high-frequency noise and retain signals within a specific frequency range. It is suitable for signal acquisition scenarios with certain requirements for frequency characteristics.

Application field:
Temperature measurement system: In the dynamic and static parameter testing system based on virtual instruments, it can be used for temperature signal acquisition. If the 8-channel temperature signals are conditioned by SCXI-1102B, they are sent to the data acquisition module PXI-6070E through the backplane analog bus for A/D conversion. Finally, after conversion and analysis by relevant software, the data are displayed and stored on the display, which can be used to monitor the temperature of the equipment or the environment.

Nuclear energy seawater desalination experimental measurement and control: When the Institute of Nuclear Energy and New Energy Technology of Tsinghua University was researching the high-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination system with vertical evaporation tubes, it established a seawater desalination experimental measurement and control platform based on virtual instruments. By using SCXI-1102B in combination with pressure sensors, thermocouples, etc., the voltage signal acquisition, output storage and analysis of thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rate of each part were realized in the LabVIEW platform, effectively solving the measurement problem of the experiment.

Test of the air-cushion ship model test platform In the test system of the hovercraft model test platform, LabVIEW software is used in combination with the PCI-6034E data acquisition card and the SCXI-1102B signal conditioning module to collect, analyze and process the frequency response signals such as the heave, roll and longitudinal roll of the model ship, providing effective test references for the design of hovercraft. The data acquisition, storage, online analysis and offline post-processing of multi-channel ultra-low frequency experimental signals have been achieved.
