Product Description

This module is a dedicated FF HSE gateway for the ABB AC800M/800xA DCS system. It serves as a data bridge between the controller and the FOUNDATION Fieldbus HSE industrial Ethernet fieldbus. It can connect FF field instruments including the NGC8206 gas chromatograph, custody transfer flowmeter and calorific value analyzer, and upload metering process data such as gas composition, flow rate and pressure in real time.
  • Redundant architecture: Dual-module hot standby enables bumpless automatic switching upon bus link faults to ensure uninterrupted custody transfer metering data transmission.
  • Wide compatibility: Compatible with a full range of FF bus devices such as chromatographs, turbine flowmeters, online calorific value analyzers and pressure transmitters.
  • Flexible expansion: Modular plug-and-play design allows adding or removing bus segments without modifying the controller backplane.
