Description
BENTLY 330102-00-20-10-02-00 eddy current proximity probe
Features:
Linear output: This probe system provides an output voltage proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface being measured. It can simultaneously measure static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values and is widely used in the vibration and position measurement of liquid film bearing machines, as well as in key phase reference and rotational speed measurement, etc.
High precision and stability: As part of the 3300 XL 8mm system, it fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard (4th Edition) in terms of mechanical structure, linear range, precision and temperature stability, and can maintain high precision and stable data output in various industrial environments.
Component interchangeability The probe, extension cable and preamplifier sensor of the 3300 XL 8mm proximity sensor system are fully interchangeable without the need for matching or bench calibration of individual components, facilitating maintenance and component replacement. Moreover, each component is backward compatible with other non-XL 3300 series 5mm and 8mm sensor system components. The flexibility and scalability of the system have been enhanced.
Main application scenarios:
Rotating machinery monitoring: It is often used for the condition monitoring of rotating mechanical equipment such as fans, compressors, pumps, steam turbines, and generators. It can measure the vibration, displacement, rotational speed and other parameters of the shaft in real time, helping operation and maintenance personnel to promptly identify potential faults of the equipment, such as bearing wear, shaft misalignment, imbalance and other issues, preventing the occurrence of equipment failures and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
Industrial automated production lines: On some industrial automated production lines with high requirements for equipment operation accuracy, this probe can be used to monitor the position and status of key moving parts, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the production process, improving product quality, and reducing production interruptions and defective product rates caused by equipment failures.
Aerospace field: It is applicable to the monitoring of key rotating components such as aero engines, capable of providing accurate and reliable data in harsh working environments, offering crucial basis for engine health management and fault diagnosis, and ensuring flight safety.
In the energy sector: In energy industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and power, the monitoring of large rotating equipment is of vital importance. This probe can be applied to various rotating machinery in these industries, such as the motors of oil drilling RIGS, chemical pumps, and steam turbines in power plants, helping enterprises achieve predictive maintenance of equipment, reduce maintenance costs, and improve production efficiency.
