ABB DO810 digital output module

Electrical characteristics: The output voltage range is DC 12-32V, usually operating at 24V DC voltage. The maximum continuous output current is 0.5A. The output type is current source type and has current limiting function.
Channel configuration: It features 16 digital output channels, which are divided into two groups, with 8 channels in each group. The two groups are isolated from each other, and each group has a voltage monitoring input.
Protection functions: It is equipped with short-circuit, overvoltage and over-temperature protection functions, which can effectively protect the module and external devices from the influence of electrical faults. When the output is overloaded, the output current will be limited.
Status indication: Each output channel is equipped with a corresponding LED indicator light to display the output status of the channel, facilitating the operator’s monitoring and troubleshooting.
Communication and Diagnosis: Equipped with standard industrial communication interfaces such as Profibus DP or Ethernet, it can communicate with PLC or DCS systems to achieve remote control and monitoring. The module has a diagnostic function, which can monitor the output status, detect faults and provide alerts, facilitating quick troubleshooting and maintenance.
