ABB SACO16D1 16-Channel Digital Alarm Annunciator
1. Product Overview
Model: SACO16D1 (SACO16D1-AA is the mainstream variant), belonging to ABB SPACOM substation secondary automation product portfolio. It is a 16-channel discrete signal monitoring unit, widely deployed in excitation cabinets, generator sets, integrated substation protection systems, marine power plants and offshore platforms. It collects passive contact signals including protection tripping, fan malfunction, switch position and overtemperature alarm. Equipped with front-panel LED indicators and digital display for first-out fault indication, the unit is matched with UNITROL excitation systems and REG670 protection relays, certified with CE and DNV marine approvals.
