Full Set of Main Generator Protections
Stator differential protection (87S), 100% stator single-phase earth fault protection (optional GPM-S low-frequency injection module required), single-point / two-point rotor earth fault protection (GPM-F module);
Loss-of-excitation protection, overexcitation V/Hz protection, reverse power protection, negative sequence current protection, overcurrent / overvoltage protection, under/over frequency protection, out-of-step blocking protection, circuit breaker failure protection (50BF).
2. Communication and Network Redundancy (GE Vernova CyberSentry)
The device integrates 3 independent Ethernet switches, supporting IEC 61850 MMS/GOOSE, Modbus TCP and PRP dual-network redundancy;
It is equipped with isolated RS485 Modbus RTU and local RS232 commissioning port, and supports IEEE 1588 time synchronization as well as process bus IEC 61850-9-2LE.
3. Measurement, Fault Recording and Event Logging
Real-time electrical quantity acquisition: three-phase current / voltage, active / reactive power, power factor and harmonic components;
Event logging: 1024 fault events with high-precision time stamps;
Fault recording: up to 64 groups of fault waveform files, with synchronous recording of 16 analog channels.

Full hardware channel self-diagnosis, on-line supervision of trip circuits, and hot-standby switchover of dual redundant communication networks;
CyberSentry cybersecurity protection, compliant with NERC CIP cybersecurity standards for North American power grids;
