MOTOROLA MVME147-012A VMEbus single-board computer
Processor: It adopts the MC68030 enhanced 32-bit microprocessor with 16, 25 or 33.33MHz, featuring on-chip cache, which can increase processor efficiency by 20% to 40%. It also has a complete memory management unit (MMU). When paired with the MC68882 floating-point coprocessor of 16, 25 or 33.33MHz, it can meet the requirements of real-time control and complex computing.
Memory: Equipped with 4, 8, 16 or 32MB shared DRAM, which can be programmed. There is also 4K×8 SRAM and a battery-powered clock, which can retain data after power failure.
Interface: It has four EIA-232-D serial communication ports, one Centronics compatible printer port, one SCSI bus interface with DMA, and an Ethernet transceiver interface.
Bus interface: It adopts the A32/D32 VMEbus master/slave system interface and has controller function.
Timer: There are two 16-bit timers and a watchdog timer, which can be used for time-related control and monitoring.
Interrupt handling: Supports 4-level request programs, 7-level interrupt programs, and 7-level interrupt handlers, which helps the system respond to events of different priorities.
Others: On-board debugger and diagnostic firmware for convenient system debugging and fault diagnosis. It can be paired with the MVME712 series conversion module and connected using standard I/O. The development software includes the firmware of the vehicle debugger/monitor, as well as the driver packages applicable to the UNIX SYSTEM V/68 and VMEexec environments.
