Electrical performance:
Wide voltage range: Rated voltage is 24 volts DC, 120/240 volts AC (nominal), operating voltage is 5 to 30 volts DC or 5 to 250 volts AC, 50/60Hz, and can adapt to various power supply environments.
Strong output capacity: Each module has 16 outputs, divided into four groups, with four outputs in each group. Each output load can reach 2 amperes, with a pilot duty cycle ratio of 4 amperes, an inrush current of 5 amperes, and a minimum load of 10mA, which can meet the driving requirements of various loads.
Good isolation performance: The isolation from the field to the back plate and the rack grounding is continuous at 250VAC and continuous at 1500VAC for 1 minute. The point-to-point isolation is also continuous at 250VAC and continuous at 1500VAC for 1 minute, which can effectively prevent electrical interference.
Fast response speed: The response time for both on and off is 15ms, which can quickly respond to control signals.
Input characteristics:
Optional input current: Supports input current ranges of 4 to 20mA and 0 to 20mA, factory-calibrated to 4µA per count.
High precision: The resolution is 4µA (1LSB = 4µA) from 4 to 20mA and 5µA (1LSB = 5µA) from 0 to 20mA. The absolute accuracy is 0.1% full scale + 0.1% reading, and the linearity is < 1 least significant bit.
Strong anti-interference ability: Common-mode voltage can reach 200 volts, common-mode suppression is 70dB above DC and 70dB above 60Hz, cross-channel suppression is over 80dB from DC to 1kHz, input impedance is 250 ohms, and the input filter response is 325Hz, which can effectively resist external electromagnetic interference.
Communication and Configuration
Configurable scanning rate: Supports polling, selection, loop, and COS I/O connections, segmented I/O, and explicit messages. Connection-based polling and COS/Cyclic configurable update rates.
Configurable communication interruption response: Different response methods can be set for communication interruptions, increasing the flexibility of system applications.
Convenient firmware upgrade: The firmware can be upgraded through the RS-232 serial service port on the module, facilitating system maintenance and functional updates.
Power consumption: The power consumption of the 5-volt bus on the backplane is 7mA (all outputs are on), and the power consumption of the 24V bus of the relay on the backplane is 135mA (all outputs are on). The power consumption is relatively low, which can effectively save energy and reduce heat dissipation pressure.
Environmental adaptability: The operating temperature range is -40 °C to + 85°C, the relative humidity is 5% to 95% (without condensation), and the seismic performance complies with the MIL-STD-810 standard. It can operate stably in harsh industrial environments.
