Processor and Memory: It adopts the MPC8245 PowerPC processor with a main frequency of 400MHz, integrates a communication processor module (CPM), supports dual-channel DMA transmission, and has a single-task response time as low as microseconds. It is equipped with 64MB SDRAM memory as standard, which can be expanded to 256MB. It is also paired with 4MB Flash storage, which can meet the concurrent operation requirements of industrial protocol stacks and real-time databases.
Interface type: Equipped with dual 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports, supporting the IEEE 802.3u standard, and compatible with industrial Ethernet protocols such as Modbus TCP and Profinet. It has dual RS-232 serial ports simultaneously, supports hardware flow control (RTS/CTS), and is compatible with serial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU and DNP3. In addition, it is equipped with a PCI/PCMCIA expansion slot, which CAN integrate CAN bus cards, optical fiber transceiver modules or AI acceleration cards, and supports the customization of multi-protocol gateways.
Environmental adaptability: The operating temperature range is -40 °C to + 85°C, supporting 5% to 95% non-condensation humidity. It has passed the MIL-STD-810G vibration test and can be adapted to extreme scenarios such as outdoor cabinets and offshore platforms.
Real-time performance: Built-in hardware timer and interrupt controller, supporting periodic task scheduling, with jitter less than 10μs, which can meet the millisecond-level control requirements of SCADA systems.
Protocol compatibility: Built-in IEC 60870-5-104 and DNP3.0 protocol stack, supporting seamless integration with PLCS such as Siemens and Schneider, which can reduce system integration costs.
