Processor: It adopts the PowerPC 750™ 32-bit microprocessor and is equipped with 32KB/32KB L1 cache, which can process data quickly and provide powerful computing capabilities for the module.
Memory and Storage: Supports DRAM expansion mezzanine, allowing the memory to be upgraded to a maximum of 256MB ECC DRAM. It is equipped with 8MB of on-board flash memory and 1MB of slot flash memory for convenient storage of firmware and key data.
Interface: It features an additional synchronous/synchronous serial port, 10/100BaseT interface, fast 16-bit SCSI and IEEE 1284-compatible parallel port. The IEEE 1284 parallel port can be accessed through the RJ-45 connector, and the 5-row P2 adapter supports 16-bit SCSI and PMC input/output.

Timer: It is equipped with four 32-bit timers and one watchdog timer, which can be used for timing control and system monitoring to ensure the stable operation of the system.
Expansion capability: It is equipped with 32/64-bit PMC expansion slots compatible with IEEE P1386.1, which can connect various PMC modules to achieve functional expansion and meet different application requirements.
Debugging function: On-board debugging monitor with self-check and diagnosis function, facilitating users to troubleshoot and debug the system. Its firmware monitor has extensive diagnostic functions such as boot testing, and also supports the startup of the operating system and kernel.
