NI  PXI-2534  platform matrix switch module

Pxi-2534 is a high-density PXI matrix switch module with 256 crossover points and 1-wire system.

High-density matrix configuration: With an 8×32 matrix configuration, it can provide 256 intersection points, meeting the requirements of high-channel number automated test systems and enabling flexible switching and routing of a large number of signal channels within a limited space.
Solid state relay design: The module adopts solid state relays (SSR), which have almost unlimited mechanical life. There is no need to worry about faults caused by mechanical wear, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime. It is suitable for scenarios that require frequent signal switching.
High power transmission capability: It can simultaneously transmit 55W of power on all channels, which can meet some applications with power transmission requirements, such as driving small loads or transmitting power signals, etc.

Relay condition monitoring: It is equipped with an on-board relay counting function, which can monitor the usage times of each relay in real time, facilitating users to understand the working status of the relay, predict the maintenance cycle, promptly detect potential faults, and enhance the reliability and maintainability of the system.
Deterministic operation: It supports deterministic operation through hardware triggers, which helps to improve test throughput and accuracy. It can precisely control the timing of signal switching and meet the application scenarios with high requirements for test accuracy and stability.
