NI  PXI-2565  relay module

Channel and relay type: It has 16 channels and adopts a single-pole single-throw (SPST) armature relay.
Switching capability: It can achieve high-current switching between DC power supply, AC mains power and AC/DC current sources, and can handle up to 7A of current.
Programming and synchronization: Fully supports software programming, allowing for flexible control of the on-off state of relays through programming. It also supports synchronization among multiple instruments, facilitating collaborative operation with other modules in complex testing systems.
Driver and control software: Programming and control can be carried out using IVI-compatible NI-SWITCH driver software. Interactive control of the switch can also be achieved by combining help documentation, sample programs and soft front panel applications. For the intelligent management of complex switching systems, NI Switch Executive provides other software tools to assist users in designing, building and deploying switching systems.

Application scenarios
Automotive radio production line testing: In the automotive radio testing system based on PXI+TestStand, PXI-2565 can be responsible for the switching of power switches and other switches. Its contact resistance is only 30 milliohms, and a single channel CAN carry a current of 5 amperes. It can reliably control the on and off of the power supply during the radio test process. Combined with other modules such as the PXI-8664 CAN controller and the PXI-4472 dynamic signal acquisition card, it realizes the functional test of the car radio.

PCB board functional testing: In the PCB board functional testing (FCT) system based on PXI and LabVIEW, PXI-2565 has 16 independent single-pole single-throw non-latchable relays, which can conveniently achieve line control. By calling the relevant modules through software and combining with the PXI-4070 digital multimeter module, etc., the parameters such as voltage and current of the PCB board can be measured. It can also be combined with other modules to realize the testing of audio and video signals.

Comprehensive test of airborne equipment: In the general test platform of airborne equipment based on PXI bus, PXI-2565, as a power switch module, can be used in conjunction with the main control computer, the digital multimeter module PXI-4071, the arbitrary waveform generator module, etc. This module can switch the program-controlled power supply system, adapt to different power supply systems, meet the test requirements of different airborne equipment, and realize functions such as power application and switch switching for airborne equipment.
