Description
NI SCXI-1302 terminal module
Terminal specification: It is a 50-screw front-mounted terminal block, which can be simply connected to the signal through the screw terminal and the adapter board, facilitating installation and maintenance.
Signal connection: It provides multiple signal connection ports for connecting measurement signals, voltages, currents, etc. It is often used in conjunction with the SCXI-1180 adapter board to achieve signal splitting and connection.
Electrical characteristics: The maximum magnetic field gauge is 26-16AWG, and DC coupling is adopted. The turning frequency is 0.16Hz 1-pole RC, and the DC suppression capability is ±50VDC.
Drive and Programming It is run using the NIDAQmx driver software and can be programmed through software packages such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, ComponentWorks, or application development environments. Configuration can also be carried out using the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) tool.
Safety standards: Comply with electrical safety standards such as IEC 61010-1, EN 61010-1, UL 61010-1 and CSA 61010-1.
Other features: It has a shielding design that can reduce electromagnetic interference and signal distortion, and improve the quality and stability of signal transmission. It is also equipped with stress relief clips, which can ensure that the signal lines are firmly in place and prevent loosening or falling off. It is mainly used to connect the signal leads of sensors and other devices to the modular measurement system for data acquisition, testing and control.
Specific application:
Helicopter flight data acquisition: In the helicopter flight data acquisition system, the SCXI-1302 module can be used to connect various sensors, such as vibration sensors, mechanical tension sensors, and engine temperature sensors, etc. By cooperating with other SCXI modules and data acquisition board cards, and with the help of the application program developed by LabVIEW, flexible Settings for different types of input signals, sampling rates and hardware configurations can be achieved. The number of acquisition channels can vary within the range of as few as ten to several hundred, and the acquisition rate can reach up to 20kHz at most. It provides valuable data for characterizing and improving aircraft.
Thermocouple signal acquisition: In a certain experimental device, the SCXI-1000 chassis was used, along with the SCXI-1102-C module, SCXI-1303, as well as the SCXI-1180 and SCXI-1302 modules. Among them, 16 thermocouples are connected to 16 channels of SCXI-1102-C, and the SCXI-1302 module is used to connect the signal leads of the thermocouples to the system to achieve the collection of temperature signals, providing reliable support for temperature monitoring during the experiment process.
Pressure sensor signal access: In some industrial pressure monitoring scenarios, the pressure transmitter can be directly connected to the terminal of the SCXI-1302 module, and then the signal is transmitted to the data acquisition system for processing and analysis. For example, in the hydraulic system, the pressure sensor is connected through the SCXI-1302 module to monitor the pressure changes of the system in real time, so as to detect abnormal pressure situations in time and ensure the stable operation of the system.
