Processor: Supports MPC7410, MPC750 or MPC755 level microprocessors, equipped with 32KB/32KB level 1 cache, and some models have up to 2MB of auxiliary back cache. The front bus is 100MHz.
Memory: The on-board memory can reach up to 512MB ECC SDRAM at most, and can be expanded to 1GB through the optional RAM500 memory expansion module.
Storage: It is usually equipped with a 2GB IDE hard drive or solid-state drive, and also has 17MB of flash memory for storing data such as firmware.

Network interface: It is equipped with dual 10BaseT/100BaseTX Ethernet ports, facilitating data transmission with other devices in the network.
Serial interface: It provides dual 16550-compatible asynchronous serial ports, which can be used to connect serial port devices.
Expansion slots: There are dual IEEE P1386.1-compatible 32/64-bit PMC expansion slots. The 64-bit PCI expansion mezzanine connector allows up to four PMC modules, facilitating the expansion of functions.

Other interfaces: Equipped with 32KB NVRAM and a replaceable clock spare battery, it can retain critical data in the event of power failure. There are also four 32-bit timers and one watchdog timer for timing control and system monitoring.
Size and power consumption: It adopts the standard VMEbus size, with a power consumption of approximately 50 watts.
Operating temperature: The operating temperature range of the commercial version is generally 0°C to 55°C, while that of the extended temperature version can reach -20 °C to 71°C.
Operating system: Supports operating systems such as VxWorks.
